VP of Marketing

Liz Sacks joined Smith | Schnider with 14-year marketing portfolio rich in real estate brand development, design, consumer insight and content strategy. Her wide and varied skill-set provide unique perspective to various aspects of the business.

Prior to joining Smith | Schnider, Liz was the Director of Marketing for AveryHess, Realtors, where she played an integral role in the brokerage’s rebranding, marketing technology integration and developing relationship-focused advertising campaigns and content strategies. Her brand development experience has also included work with local DC area advertising firms, such as Fishbowl Marketing and RTC Agency. Additionally, she spent four years leading the creative strategy for the seasonal line of greeting cards for American Greetings subsidiary, Papyrus-Recycled Greetings.

Credentials
Liz holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University. During her time there she was a qualitative research assistant for a major Wrigley Company consumer study.

While working with AveryHess, Realtors her marketing team was awarded the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World 2015 Award for Interactive Media.
